When the situation present itself Floyd always duck. Even if the Floyd and PAC happen right now Floyd is a duck already. In order for Floyd not to be called a duck, he should have fought Cotto and Margarito in 07-08, and PAC after the Hatton or Cotto fight. Instead he always resort to his ducking skill which got him his coward name. Don't believe me just start a new thread with a poll. Did Mayweather duck Cotto or Margarito in 07-08...yes or no . If you like you can also do one with PAC .

There is not a boxer or educated fan alive that would deny what their eyes tell them. The man has sublime skills in the ring. Skillwise, he is up there with the very best of them. It's legacywise where he needs some polish, in order to be ranked comparable to his skill level.

IMO people use Floyd not fighting all the tough competition as a scape goat. Even if Floyd beat everyone people will still hate him because he talks to much ****. You're trying to tell me if Floyd beat everyone he still wouldn't get hated on? Floyd would just say, "I beat everyone so im the GOAT" "I can't lose" "SRR lost, Ali lost, Armstrong lost but I remained undefeated". People would act like there on their period after those statements. People might as well say, "I don't like Floyd because he talks to much ****".

What would have happened if Roger stopped and wasnt hes trainer ? someone like Roach, Whitaker, Nazim or someone else? How would it change Floyds fighting style? would he be better?

Someone who takes on Hernadez when you are 21 does not duck anyone, someone who takes on the taller, bigger and bigger punching Corrales does not need to duck, Oscar is more dangerous than Cotto or Margo and if he went up to 154 at weight he had never fought at and accepted everything Oscars way he doesn't need to duck the guys you mentioned... I could go on.

Yes he could have fought Margo but if he did the same people who are saying he ducked Margo will be saying he ducked Baldomir.

Not to mention Arum did not want to put Cotto in with Mayweather and even Cotto recently addressed this by saying " if anyone has couldn't make a fight with me that isn't because of me " implying that he himself didn't say no but someone else did! (Maybe that was Arum)

As for a poll look most people on here hate Mayweather so doing a poll isn't conclusive of anything.

Mayweather isn't a saint but to call him a ducker is a REACH if I have ever heard of one!
