He is only joking. Mayweather Jr knows full well that Ray Leonard would beat Mosley, Cotto, and himself all on the same night at 147lbs.

out of all those names leonard would have the most trouble with floyd, he easily beats mosley cotto and pac, cotto and pac they get stopped insided 5 rounds, mosley goes the distance so does floyd, why do you bring up lenorad he was a natural welter weight, but floyd gives leonard the most trouble. the same srl that fought hagler money beats him by a wide margin

So this is what happens when money and fame go to your head huh ..Well Mayweather is more complete when he is out boxing the likes of Hatton and Gatti ..Funny but what happens when he faces the likes of Margarito or a Cotto ? The diffrecne between Ali and Floyd is that Ali fought the very best and beat them ..Floyd looks amazing against fighters that are half as good as him let alone the world !! Good for him he is so complete ..For centuries to come Ali will still be recognized as the greatest what will they say about Floyd ?Oh yeah he was a great light weight or welter but no one will put him in the same sentence or class as Ali !!

    So good for him !!!

He's more of a complete ass with all this disrespect !

Why do I bring up Ray Leonard? Floyd claimed that Ray would only be a contender in the Welterweight division if he was the champion.

Why did Floyd Mayweather Jr bring up Muhammad Ali? Considering his current circumstances, I severely doubt Ali was talking **** about him.

Ray Leonard would stop Floyd late in my estimation, and I think to bring up a semi-retired, blown up, past prime version of Ray Leonard into this discussion is a scapegoat - an idea I have no intention on entertaining.

and you base this on what floyd??

    -your loss to castillo

-your 10th round ko of a declining hatton

-your barely (and i mean barely) scraping past a shot delahoya(a fight you said would be a massacre!)

    -your epic encounter with baldomir

-your long awaited comeback in which you chose to fight a 35 year old lightweight

    - your blatant avoidance of the likes of tszyu, mosley, cotto etc

-your inability at times to handle zab judah, enter roger mayweather!

    -your destruction of tony pep

    etc etc

gatti, castillo, manfredy good wins but on that basis the likes of mickey ward etc are also among the greatest of all time floyd!!

    disrespectful halfwit.

At least Ali fought the best and beat the best.

Ali was a picture perfect example of a man who could do it all in the ring, he could be on his toes, he could be on them ropes, he could slug and he had knockout power.

SRL penetrated through the Mayweather defense with ease, he would of whooped Floyd quite handily.

Floyd is right Ali is not a complete fighter but neither is Mayweather. As a boxer Mayweather is amazing and may very well be the complete boxer but he hasn't shown the heart and desire to be a truly great fighter.

As for his criticism of Robinson, if Floyd hit like Sugar Ray we might see him load up on his punches but Mayweathers brittle hands mean he will never be a complete fighter.
