So how do losses count in your judgement? Pac was kod before and after winning world titles and knocked unconscious for 4 minutes while Floyd has never even been put down by a punch.

Losses taken very early in your career or years after your prime are viewed differently.

The Morales loss is the biggest detraction/negative on Pacquiao's career. because of when it happened.

That's all that matters and his peers as well even roach said it. That's good enough for me.

Pac got ktfo by nobodies in the beginning of his career, given a boxing lesson in his prime by a guy on a 2-7 streak, and lost the two most watched fights of his career decisively. At this point the casuals see him as just another fighter who wasn't good enough to beat Floyd tbh.

    Yup, absolutely agreed there.
And as you rightly pointed out, Barrera and Morales were still at-or-near prime ATGs.
A case can certainly be made that Pacquiao is greater than Ray Leonard.

Many Greats lost numerous times at the start of their career. They beat a malnourished, poverty stricken and poorly trained Pacquiao, big deal.

Pac being remembered for the legacy he achieved at welterweight and beyond, too. The difference is, it will be looked at in complete awe because a former light flyweight becoming an ATG at welter is a comedic phrase, yet Pac achieved it.

    He isn't penalising Floyd, really.

Floyd's resume is weaker however because his best win is against a semi-shot ATG at a weight he's too small for.

Pacquiao's best wins are against at or near prime ATG's, not even mere non-ATG HOFs.

I'll remember Manny as the guy who was built up to beat Floyd and loss anyway

Floyd wouldnt have needed 3 fights to beat them probably, floyd was immensley tallented but in terms of greatness its not even close.
Greatness is defined by taking risks and over coming them, doing the unexpected.
Look at floyds climb through the weights, not once was he the under dog and he carefully picked his path through his career.
Compare that to pacs, time and time again he jumped weights, not having warm ups against bums but jumping straight in with the top dog,and some superb fighters at that.he lost a few,so what he always come back stronger and always pushed himself to the limit.
Are you seriously going to give him credit for beating someone naturally a couple of divisions smaller than him, with everything conceded to floyds demands, after 5 years of chasing him, until hed gone through war after war and wasnt a patch on his prime self.and the cherry on the cake after calling pac out for juicing and citing it as the reason the fight didnt originally come off,is found to have cheated and jack **** happens because hes got usada in his **** pocket.
Not in the same stratosphere as pac in terms of greatness, all smoke and mirrors,he was a fraud who didnt dare to be great

If you think or better yet believe that Mayweather's boxing career hasn't accomplished anything then no one has ever accomplished anything in the history of boxing!!
