If it comes out that Mayweather used PEDs bash him I will but rehydrating through an IV is LEGAL in NV the fight was in NV so USADA allowed it's not that complicated.

The only problem NVSC has is them not being the one to grant it not that it was.

VADA,USADA whatever would have to report to the state commission regardless if it's not against commission rules it's not an issue.

My problem with Nevada is that they want to be the one's to grant permission to use an IV when in fact athletes in their jurisdiction can just do it without anyones permission.
Nevada's doesn't have anyway of knowing one way of the other whether a fighter is on an IV drip or not, so why the hell ask them for permission?
