So USADA has the ability to randomly test their fighters. The fighters would have no method or conscious decision. The fighters are tested at what USADA wants..nothing that they have any decision for.

If USADA considers 18 days before the fight as acceptable and as a basis for random,then there is something qwrong with that agency.
