If you're right, then Mosley will beat Mayweather and Mosley/Pacquiao should be made shortly after that. Now if Mayweather can somehow win, Pac should agree to all blood testing. If Mayweather really doesn't want to fight him, he'll still turn down the fight regardless and Pacquiao won't face anymore criticism. It seems like a win/win situation for Pacquiao.
