seems to me that floyd although blessed with gifts from the boxing gods, is missing the heart and soul
of a truly great fighter. This whole pacquiao saga shows just that. What great fighter would turn down the chance to prove himself the best fighter of his era, against his biggest rival, with the whole world watching and with a zillion dollars thrown in, unless somethings misssing in the mental make up of the man. great fighters ris
e to the challange test themselves against other great fighters, mayweather does not do this, he might pick a good name but its always the same story, they are too small, too old, easy to outbox, floyds always sure he can beat them, never any fear factor. He now has the perfect foe and this is the time to step up and become great and whats he doing, taking a year off, hoping pacquiao gets beat or passes his peak or something along them lines. Here he finally has a rival blessed himself with speed stamina and lethal power in his prime and in his weight, and he walks away. Whatever anyone says the guy is scared, not of pacquiao per se, but is scared of the possibility of defeat, the challange the pacman brings, and that is not what a true great is about, a true great would step up and rise to the occasion. Pacquiao i have no doubt is willing to do this and is a fine example of a great fighter both in ability and in his soul.

whatever....which great you think wouldnt take a random drug test? I'll tell you...none because they were TRUE champions and greats...now im not calling Floyd great.....but Pac damn sure dont fit the bill either!

There is no way SRR, SRL, Duran,Hearns, Hagler, Benitez, Ali, Frazier, etc....stops a fight because they are scared of random drug testing.

and before u say it....NOOOOOO he has not agreed to testing!

Is this the new line of defence? To act like Pacquiao rejected testing again?

The contract was agreed upon. We don't know what testing that meant but we do know that both sides agreed. It was obviously suitable.

No it was not, and I don't know how you would state something so false, so matter of fact. What was agreed to, can you provide a source that outlines what was agreed to?

No because the fight wasn't signed

That said, you can't prove anything either. I can, however, say that both sides agreed to SOMETHING, which Pacquiao signed. Team Mayweather obviously thought it was fair too.

can u please define what kind of heart and soul a true great fighter has? The man has fought and defeated over 40 fighters. he gets PAID to FIGHT. I dont believe anyone on this forum can question his heart unless we can compare resumes with him.

making cotto drop 2 pounds is not as bad as making JMM come up 2 weight classes at a catchweight and not even make the weight himself. Who wouldn't take that fight with all the money on the line. You *****s are so ****ing delusional

I agree... that is complete bull****... It won't be history in my eyes if they alter weight classes for Manny. Fight at the weight limit the belt was earned at, or shut the hell up.

No, I'm saying Arum and Heymon talked to Greenburg, agreed on everything and sent it to the two fighters.

    Pacquiao signed, Floyd didn't.
