    He's not referring to the lawsuit at hand. He's referring to how the situation came about.

    "Not once did I say Manny was taking something, then we tell them we got to take the [drugs] tests, and suddenly, he's suing us!"

    Timeline of events:

    Not once did Floyd say anything >>>> asks for tests >>>> lawsuit >>>> says stuff.

    Understand?

    This is just like yesterday with that thread Reppin made about Roach saying they refused drug testing. You pick one line out and criticize it without looking at the context.
