    I stopped caring rather or not Floyd Jr. or any other member of the Mayweather camp has acused Pacquiao of using PED's. I also don't care how Pacquiao's civil suit turns out. The reason they have not fought or at least singed to fight is Pacquiao's refusal to agree to mutual random PED testing. It does not matter what he said in some interview, intell he sings a contract.
