floyd may like to paint arum as someone who is taking advantage of manny but i doubt manny sees it like that before arum manny was been ripped off by murad mohammed ( a true scumbag) arum turned him into a superstar.I can see why manny wouldn't want to take floyd offer of money if it means he has to dump bob

    Nahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh

    Just this

    1. Ignore Facts

    2. Downgrade valid info

    3. Pay 0 attention to any argument negative to their own

    4. DO NOT address facts shown to them, in rebuttal to their own posts.

    5. Insult the poster, rather than focus on the argument at hand; by doing this, you lose the argument easy as you don't even address the argument the opposite poster is putting up.

    6. Come up with off the wall $hit, with nothing to back it, just to make yourself look like you said something valid; many times this off the wall $hit has nothing to do with boxing

you just respond to posters and insult... I DO NOT CARE ABOUT THAT-

In the mean time keep admitting you were owned-by not rebuttaling the post, and instead focusing on "me" you lose. here put it like this-

You *******s just fukin blabber about nothing that has to do with boxing.:patsch

The offer was 40 million idiot....confirmed by both sides.Floyd was making the point that if Floyd offered him 30 he should be glad to get it.
As for 50/50,Arum has gone on record that even with an equal split no way this fight could happen til nov/dec!
Sorry kids but Arum wont let it happen. If his cash cow struggled with Marquez,he wont be in any rush to get himm in there with Floyd

#1 Who the **** wrote this?

#2 $70-80 million at the gate? Based on what...what is precedent for this, when has a fight produced anything close to $70-80 million dollars at the gate? Lets put this in perspective, that's like $1066 dollars per ticket on 35,000 tickets...SMFH.

#3 Even if one conceded the $280 million...that's not the "fighters money", half that money goes to the networks and PPV distributors, so you're talking about $140 million...minus paying ALL the fighters, minus paying all the bills, minus paying Golden Boy and Top Rank, THEN you get down to splitting between fighters. So to say he's giving Pac $40 million of $280 million is absolutely idiotic and whoever wrote this blurb you've quoted is clearly a ****ing ******.

i agree about murad ...and how manny trusts bob so much because bob has helped him make more money than he ever dreamed of on this sport.....at the same time i think that works against manny at times...i dont think he ever really questions what bob wants to do....manny receives big checks from bob...checks he prob never thought hed see in his life....and just kinda goes along for the ride.....

lets be realistic...nobody from mannys team wants him anywhere near floyd after that jmm fight.....

reppin 501...nice breakdown on the money....40 mil is not insulting at all....there are ***gots around here not knowing how the money gets divided who say "thats like a 70-30".....such ******s.....thinking the two main fighters are touching like every ****in penny here

this is all estimation and means nothing to some degree but lets use YOUR figures

I'll meet in the middle and say the fight makes $265 half of that is $132.5 million gone a round that to $130 million

$130 million - $40 million guarantee leaves = $90 million we don't know what pac's cut will be but lets say he takes 20% PPV that works out to $18 million , round that to $20 mill and add that to $40 mill guarantee and we got $60 million and that leaves pac with a payday which doubles his previous highest payday ever which is $30 million vs marquez. There's still $70 million left when you take pac's $20 mill PPV away from the $90 mill. That gets dished out to arum, manager koncz, tv networks etc. Really pac is getting a great payday and a $40 million guarantee is a great offer and the tv networks might take a bigger slice than i have left them with so your not being realistic. Pac earning $60 million from a floyd fight is awesome i don't know what you or other pac fans expect.

If we get floyd's highest payday $45 million like he did vs ortiz. if we double that its $90 million. So if they have there mega fight and pac gets double his highest payday ever which is $30 million shouldn't floyd get the same and that would mean pac takes home $60 million and floyd takes home $90 million. That's why 50-50 is stupid and floyd should and deserves to get more.

Pac made $30 million vs marquez but his guarantee was $25 million so he got $5 million from the PPV. Arum is ripping him off. The PPV sold 1.4 million buys at $60= $84 million. How come pac only took home $30 million and marquez only took home $5 million. Were did the rest go. TV networks and bob arum. I'm showing you pac has a terrible deal with arum and if pac want's to fight floyd he must realize he can't make the same amount of money as floyd. For pac to take home the same amount of money as floyd the cut would have be like 65-35 in favor of pac and thats never gone a happen.

I'll be a little more fair with you. I don't know and neither does anyone really but pac getting 20% of the PPV could be too high and he could get 10% and take only $8 million away from the PPV money. I say this because his split on the PPV in previous fights has been shockingly bad. Due to arum robbing him.
On the flip side he could take 30% and get $24 million and the tv neworks and bob arum get a smaller slice.
BUT meeting in the estimated middle i guessed it at 20% which doesn't seem too high if it is even high at all so i have tried to be as fair as possible to calculating pac's overall pay from the fight. It could be $50 something million most likely its $60 million but could even be more.
This is worked out from your estimated figures and using floyd's $40 million guarantee.

I remember when the word was floyd and pac were gone a get $50 million each well from these calculations pac will make $50 million at the bear minimum so what's his problem why can't he accept.

No way does pac deserve 50-50 and after floyd fights cotto and does awesome numbers and pac does weak numbers vs bradley it will make the idea of a 50-50 split look even more ludicrous.

lol-*******s will ignore this to the fullest-*******s do not follow logic...they simply think a 50/50 is fair because they are fans of Manny-not anything beyond that.

“If I offered him $30 million, he should be happy,” Mayweather said. “If I offered him $30 million and I didn’t give money on the back end, why should I? He’s with Arum right now, and they’re having problems. It’s obvious he must not be getting money on the back end.”

it came from void's mouth idiot

Floydiot-Logic says: "Floyd does not need Pac to secure his legacy" :D

    Press Conference of Mayweather-Cotto:

Floyd: ".....Pac is not the sharpest knife in the drawer"

    ".....Pac is a cheater"

Floydiot-Logic in Floydiot Land: It's like a children's drawing book, just connect the dots and you get the whole picture! :rofl

Even if Floyd did offer Pac $40 million, it remains to be seen after the fight if it is a bad or good offer. There is an element of uncertainty. No such thing in a 50/50 split for both fighters. I bet my life that when Floyd made his offer to Pac, Floyd did not have intentions of making less or even equal money than Pac. Floyd proved this when he turned down 50/50, Pac's only request that would have accomodated all of Floyd's other 3 demands.
