You think way to much man. Floyd doesn't dictate what HBO shows of him on 24/7. For all we know he did all this with his kids on camera before. But the producers didnt use it, because it wasnt as entertaining of floyd throwing money in the air. To many people believe what you see on tv is real. It's all edited to get the best possible story for the show.:deal
Floyd's still a little punk, just look at how he reacts to people who rightly question his stupid comments and contradictory remarks. The face never lies and he looks like a little child protesting his innocence. As a person he's vile, as a boxer he's sublime.
Umm thats my point exactly, whoever is calling the shots whether it be HBO/GBP/Pretty Boy, they felt it beneficial and necessary to make him a bad guy in the Hatton/Hoya fights but find it more appealing to make him less of a bad guy for this fight.
Or maybe he is human...maybe he reacts off how people come at him. Maybe he always knew how to build a fan base but didnt give a **** what people thought about him. Because he still has done acting like an ******* whenever he saw fit. Pacquiao hasnt made more money nor has Hatton in their boxing careers so I dont know why he would envy them. I think if he were that worried about people liking him he would have embraced a more politically correct persona long ago. But everyone is entitled to an opinion and they are all opinions...
hey rooney: he still acted like an ******* in past shows!! editing or not! They could follow Juan for a year and he would never act as stupid as mayweather!! Juanito is a humble warrior, But he doesnt feel the need to brag about his money or talk ****!!!!!!
floyds not a bad guy! Hes just a jerk off that acts like a little kid sometimes!!! Seriously he throws fits like a 12 year old girl!!
Floyd's always done this. He Even payed for the Golden Gloves Tournement in Michigan with his own money, and gloden glove ain't no little *hit.
Maybe he is a good guy: He seems to be a good dad and is a father to his children. He was also pretty humble AFTER beating Hatton. Maybe he isn't: Acts like a twat throwing his money around. Also, did anyone else notice on 24/7 that when they were interviewing the guy who ran the home for the troubled kids that he didnt say that Floyd has been there before? It came across that this was his first visit there and it just he just happen to be filming the same day? Come on. The whole giving out food thing was just a Pac rip off in my view (probably set up by his management) Conclusion: Probably a decent enough guy behind closed doors but the 24/7 was a set up to make him look like a REALLY good guy. It was over the top in my view.
Even if it was fake, he was still out there talking to kids and feeding the homeless. I gained some respect for him.
Maybe thats because Mayweather aint giving them the juicy material they want this time round. Mayweather aint bothering with the bad mouthing and trash talking. I also suggest he aint worried about the PPV numbers either or he would have made damn sure he would have got the whole of the mexican community hating him even more in regards to the build up of this fight.
He probably has indeed made more money than them two, but that's not what I was referring to. It's an undeniable fact that Manny and Ricky are more revered by the public, and it's also a fact that after the Hatton fight, Mayweather told the Englishman that he envied his legion of support (whether he just said to make Hatton feel better after kicking his ass, I don't know). I think Floyd is concerned by what the public think of him. He's coming to the end of his career, and is now becoming more of a businessman, an entity, a company; therefore what the public thinks of him his of very high importance to him. It will definately have an effect on his business activities after he retires.
