- WBC Jr. Middleweight title over Oscar de la hoya by SD but mayweather jr. won going away. only gave oscar 4 rounds. also, de la hoya weighed in at 154 and mayweather jr. at 150.

Notable Fights
- Ricky Hatton - say what you will about hatton but floyd jr. took his "0" away.
- Oscar de la Hoya - sure oscar was way past his prime but at least he wasn't weight drained like in the pacquiao fight.
- Carlos Baldomir - as limited as baldomir was he was still a strong fighter with some pop in his punches. tough out for anyone.
- Zab Judah - i actually thought judah had a chance to win but mayweather jr. showed he was too good.
- Arturo Gatti - i don't think anyone had any doubt mayweather jr. would win but the way he did it shocked me.
- Jose Luis Castillo X 2 - this in his prime castillo beats up on pacquiao anyday.
- Carlos Hernandez
- Diego Corrales - the way he dismantled corrales still makes me shake my head in disbelief.
- Angel Manfredy - Manfredy was one tough cookie and mayweather beat him soundly.
- Genaro Hernandez - he TKO'd hernandez in 6. Floyd jr. and Oscar are the only two losses on Hernandez's HOF record.

Pacquiao though i think i accidently clicked Mayweather. I think Pacquiao is the best fighter of the decade so far.

Okay going over there records,the quality of opponents they beat are pretty even,yey pacman lost to morales,but i think floyd lost to castillo the first time. pacman has 7 wins over 3 maybe 4 hof(hattons borderline) and beat 6 championship quality guys julio,ledwaba,solis,larios,diaz, sasakul and mayweather has 6 wins (1 controversial castillo1) against 4 or 5 future hof hernandez,corrales,castillo,delahoya,hatton? and beat 8 champ quality guys manfredy,goyo,chavez,sharmba,gatti,zab,baldomir kind of similar maybe minuscle edge to mayweather but to me pacman gets it on the intagibles cause he jumped up from boxings lightest division 106 which is unheard of and unprecedented, yey and he has carried the power by knocking these guys out pacman by split decision!

 

Very close but ...**** I'll say Pac if he beats Cotto

Regardless if you think Mayweather lost in his 1st fight with JLC, he has a W still on his resume for that; i can say the same thing about Pacmans 2 fights with JMM- both of which i thought JMM won (including the judge's mishap in the 1st rd of the 1st fight.) At least Mayweather didn't leave any doubts whatsoever in his rematch with JLC, wheras i thought JMM won the 2nd fight more convincingly.....
