Pac is definitely NOT more liked.

Look at all the professional fighters who backed Floyd and publicly accused Pac of juicing, but said nothing about Floyd's IV use.

Thurman and Broner went racial on him.

And all the dead Pac memes after KTFO6. Didn't see any for Paul Williams or anyone else who got slept.

Pac is the most disrespected fighter in combat sports history.

Pacquiao for me. I favour him prime for prime as well.

But with the added caveat that Pimp should feel no need to quote and reply as we've been there and done that too many times now.

This exactly, could make another few set of Threads regarding Pac being hated on all the way from his earlier career if you really followed it with a sharp eye,

Yeah no one even mentions Floyd's IV & Other illegal PED occurrences,

Showtime President Espinosa has been one of the biggest hater not since he joined Showtime in 2011 but even earlier, he was always in the crowd cheering against Manny regardless the opponent, quiet funny going back before he learned to dress with his unibrow,

Explains how he has Manny On the Showtime Intro twice showing Manny getting Jabbed by Floyd along with him being busy tweeting **** towards Manny after his decision loss against Ugas,

Reminds me even in the "All Access" where he was secretly hoping Broner would beat Pac, there in the fighters meeting he didn't even acknowledge Manny until later with a disingenuous handshake & smirk along with Pauline sitting in & surprisingly not having anything to say,

Ah the Floyd Lover's & Protectors Agency.

I personally would rate Floyd higher but could not be mad at anybody who out Manny higher I mean real talk after he lost to Floyd he became Lineal Welter Champion by beating Thurman who I can’t lie I think he overrated and lost to Danny and Shawn but still was technically unbeaten and a champ.
For me tho for all the flack Floyd get the man fought the #1 guy at least twice in every division beat some of the greatest fighters of all time in every division,
Retired most champions beaten in boxing history, one of 6 men to win titles in 5+ divisions, most lineal titles all time, unified in 2 divisions concurrently, and one of 2 men to unify 3 titles at welter by taking the title off 3 different champions, not to mention a very solid argument can be made he was undisputed welter champion twice.
Every single one of his biggest wins were coming off some of their biggest wins, if you being real and not a hater it’s easy to me but Manny career is ridiculous to say the least.

Lmfao!!! Pac is clearly more well liked you see what you want to see. The guy had a whole country behind him pbf didn't most Americans hated pbf and paid to see him lose and more Americans liked pac more than pbf. Who do you think you're fooling here? Ffs pac even had a boxing forum named after him pac land.

Mayweather is the better fighter but he's also naturally the much bigger fighter so Pac ranks higher as an ATG, he simply has a deeper resume.

If Mayweather had fought DLH in his prime would you still be saying this? I have a feeling that DLH's long stiff left jab (and chin, Floyd can't hurt him) give Mayweather a lot of problems.

Floyd the better boxer Manny the better fighter.
Manny for me challenged himself more than Floyd who was far more tactical in fight selection.
    Both ATG.

Every single one of his biggest wins were coming off of some of their biggest wins?

Oscar fought Floyd after having a year out, with his previous win being over Ricardo Mayorga.

Canelo fought Floyd after scraping by Austin Trout.

Manny fought Floyd off of a win over Algieri.

    You’ll say anything.

It's half a dozen and two threes. They're forever interlinked and should always be ranked alongside eachother. For every argument for one, there's an argument for the other. It tends to come down to what you like - which intrinsically, tends to become who you like. For me, I've always weighed big wins and moving up in weight above consistency and dominance. Pacquiao also had better longevity and despite what Mayweather fans propose, was also extremely dominant. Especially considering where he started and where he ended up. Pacquiao might not have had as easy a time with Marquez, but he damn right destroyed Cotto, Hatton and De La Hoya in much easier fights than what Mayweather had. Same goes for Mosley, to a lesser degree. And does anyone really think Pacquiao wouldn't pulverise Maidana and Castillo?

But the argument for Mayweather is there. If you don't forgive losses, and especially value Mayweather's wins over Canelo and Pacquiao - I don't, not at the particular time he fought them, anyway - then Mayweather is higher. But either way, it's either extremely close or you're off base IMO.

If Floyd was the same size as Pacquiao, he doesn't he achieve what Pacquiao did. Not even close.

If Pac was the same size as Floyd, you'd have seen an even more insane career.

Put simply, Pac did a lot more with a lot less so he's more skilled, imo.

If my son took up boxing I'd rather he had a career like Floyd Mayweather Jr.

Took less punishment and took no losses. And still milking money for exhibitions during retirement.

Most fighters on Fight Camp 360 rooted for ADRIEN BRONER to beat Pac. Even Porter who said he was Team Manny was caught on camera rooting for Broner during the fight.
