I think if they do 45/45 with the remaining 10% going to the winner, then floyd may just try and win like he did vs marquez (decision).

But if agree to a 50/50 split, unless there's a KO, then 60/40. Then it may make floyd fight and commit to his punches more and go for that KO.
It can make the fight more interesting. Thoughts?

The KO part will just put unnecessary pressure on the fighters.

You would have to make the pay discrepancy much wider to encourage a fighter to change his game plan.

i think mayweather should take that fight.50/50 or if you either man wins by ko then its 60/40 - 60 going to the winner.i think that would make mayweather fight harder and that should be a decent challenge for him as well.pac is going to be pac, i dont think he will have added pressure.pac fights to hurt you badly, mayweather fights to school you, if the ko comes it comes and if it dont it dont.

How about a 50-50 split but if a fighter does not connect with more than 30% of their punches its 60-40 . . . common lets get real. 50-50 is fair and maybe a bonus to the winner. if anyone deserves more it is PBF because he does have the head to head numbers to back him up. That being said it should at most be a 5% variance either way. The other points are the most important. 1) Weight should be 147 . . . f#@k this catch weight crap. glove size, ring size, who enters the ring last, location, ref, judges are almost as important as the split. I love both of these guys and it is going to be the biggest event in boxing in decades!

I love your suggestion, I think it is brilliant but gayweather will not agree to it(you already knew this).

i'm just trying to avoid deja-vu (floyd/marquez). I dont want to sit in a room full of pissed off, half-asleep fans when floyd cruises to a decision. People want to see a f'n fight! We need floyd to work hard for his earnings, and i can't see no other way of forcing floyd to fight. He loves money, so maybe if the price is right, he'll commit and go for the ko. I know its unlikely, but 50/50 split, with the 60/40 riding in the air for whoever gets that KO would be nice.

Then watch MMA or a viral video of some teenage girls fighting....boxing is an art.

But Floyd's a boring artist who runs all over the canvas!

I set myself up for that one. I knew it was coming. But honestly, i do appreciate the sweet science, its just everyone else i invite over, they expect to see a fight, and those are the fans who are already watching MMA/UFC and I try to sway them back to boxing. But its hard to do so when floyd makes us pay $59.95 (on HD) to watch him cruise to a decision. It's really sad because floyd could prob ko most welterwieghts if he really needed to, but simply chooses not to because he doesn't want to take the risk of getting caught.

Biggest problem I can see with this is... what iff there is no KO... then there is an unaccounted 10% floating around out there. You know?

according to meriam-webster online, art is defined as - the conscious use of SKILL and CREATIVE IMAGINATION especially in the production of aesthetic objects (Aturo Gatti's (R.I.P)face after the bout).....so yes this is how exactly how I see boxing.

I like 45-45 with 10% going to the winner.

first off floyd fights many styles and secondly its the job of the "artist" to make
sure the person does not "run" by cutting the ring off, tying him up etc. ...just watch out for those counters lmao
