What if they met after their fights with Ali in 1972? Who would win?

Patterson comfortably Foster never beat any notable fighters above Light Heavyweight.

Patterson would do a job on Foster absolutely no doubt about it.His hand speed and power at 185 or so would be way too much. Can you imagine Foster being competitive with Quarry or Chuvalo? Bob's record when he fought guys above 175 was eye catchingly awful.

Looking at what Floyd did to the bodies of London and Devil Green, separated by over a decade, he's likely breaking spindly Bob. In Mexico, during a student geology trip, my brother and his fellow students were sleeping in a room where there was a black widow spider in a web in the far corner of the room. The next morning, they woke up to find that all which was left of that menacing poisonous female were her legs. My brother and his fellow students weren't about to find out what creature did that.

This is how Floyd would leave Bob, with nothing left behind in the ring except his dismembered legs and arms, as Patterson uncorked a loud and satisfied belch on his way back to the dressing room...

BF couldn't get over post peak and pre 1970's prime Ali's speed. What's his reaction gonna be when he discovers what Henry Cooper said after losing his rematch to a 201 pound Ali, that Floyd's hands were even faster?

I suppose Bob could try hooking with Patterson. Then, BF would discover how he made Mike Quarry not feel...

Yes, Floyd was faster than Ali, but would he be able to beat Foster the way Ali did? I mean that 7 knockdowns

Floyd probably would've needed just one or two. I seriously doubt Bob would've been able to get up from seven of what Patterson carried for artillery.

Muhammad played basketball with BF, dribbling him like Nate Archibald... (At least Muhammad didn't try manhandling Bob by clinching him. No top heavyweight was that inhumane. Can you imaging BF trying MMA? It would be like sumo wrestling in Japan for the guy...)

No. Floyd would rather concede a walkover than do this. This is pure evil. He felt horrible enough after Cooper. Bob would've been all for it, but he also claimed that if he'd just weighed a couple pounds more, he'd have knocked out Frazier and Ali. (Not sure BF was ever afraid of anybody, but there's self belief and self delusion. Still, when really old, the guy actually knocked out a heavily steroid bloated Bob Hazleton the first time.)

That's why I'm glad to be in UK we haven't got big ass spiders here I have a major phobia of spiders aswell so if I see a black widow spider I'd move to another city.
