    Floyd Patterson, 1957 vs Michael Spinks, 1985, heavyweight championship. Floyd meets Michael of the first Larry Holmes fight?

    Patterson,,Floyd was as fast or faster than Spinks and Floyd isn't outgunned here.

    I like Michael Spinks in this one. Floyd is the more athletic fighter but I think Spinks was more talented. It would be an intriguing fight with Michael's right hand and brutal upercut vs the leaping left hook of Patterson.

    Patterson for me. It's partly my personal dislike of Spinks style and the other thing is how easy Tyson beat him.

    How long do you think the Floyd who got wiped out twice in one round by Sonny Liston and got bounced around like a pinball by Ingo Bingo would last with Mike Tyson?

    I like Floyd Patterson a lot but Mike would do the same to Floyd that both Ingo and Sonny did to him, but quicker.
