Spoon. Too big, too skilled, had excellent defense, could take a good punch and wack as well. Witherspoon is a somewhat overlooked figure in the heavy division in terms of skills and ring Iq.
Tim could win this, but I have a feeling he is not going to be in top shape, and Floyd outworks him for the UD.
Not sure about this one. Certainly it is possible that Tim could KO Floyd. But, if Floyd boxes intelligently, he could win a decision here. Witherspoon could get complacent in there sometimes. And, Floyd would not be so easy to catch.
