Patterson may have the speed but Louis has the timing and accuracy, his most notable attributes outside of power and combination punching, all of that together is going to trump Patterson's peek-a-boo, he'll be fighting Louis fight and you beat Louis by outboxing and controlling the range / pace of the bout. All I'm giving Patterson here is a punchers chance with that left hook and that's it, he'd have to end it early as well because once Louis has him figured out Patterson is going to be taking some nasty uppercuts through that high guard when he's bobbing.

Don't get me wrong Patterson is going to look good for a few rounds but them few rounds are all he'll have here

Let me put it this way, Liston would Ko Louis in 3 rds, and Ko Patterson in 6 rds.

One more thing, Billy Conn was beating Louis, until he foolishly decided to Ko Louis, and got himself Ko. All he had to do was coast and he wins.

    Patterson would beat Conn.

Floyd has to fight the perfect fight to beat Joe he could do it but very unlikely, Joe was a killer when he hurt a opponent over 12 -15 rnds Joe is going to catch Floyd

Oh, Mother of mercy, another dim-witted Republican has just crawled out of his hole and thinks he knows something about Boxing. Oh, the poor soul, needs to go to Emerald City and ask the Wizard for a new brain.

Their seems to be (yet another) misunderstanding on your end. I'm not a republican. I'm about the furthest thing from a republican there is.
lol, I can't get over the irony.

Pretty rich coming from a guy who doesn't know Liston knocked Patterson TWICE in the first round.

I was making a comparison of Louis and Patterson, how long would each rate on a scale of competition against Liston, irrespective of Patterson getting ko'ed in the 1st rd. I knew you were a Democrat all the time, just wanted (admit) you to bite. I've got a spare red hat for you anytime you wake up, and join my party, Republican 2024!

I don't even know what this is supposed to mean. Just sounds like the ramblings of a man got backed into a corner. Just admit you're wrong, and move on.
 if you wanted my political preference, all you had to do was ask.
Thanks but no thanks. I'd like to keep the little bit of dignity I have left.

You have your own opinion, I'll give you that. Allow me to make a correction. Louis goes in 10 seconds and Patterson goes out in 20 seconds.

    Cheers!
