Must be close to jail time, didn't he some **** for battered women when he thought it was jail time? I'm not impressed, let him go to Fla. and help that family that lost their 14 yr. old son to that MURDERER.
the older I get, the more I like Floyd. Sure, he can be an ******* and is extremely ignorant, but he has done some good things outside of the ring he did not have to do. He has fought the establishment, creating and building himself and his image, and also financing his own fights. The guy has dominated the game inside and out, i hope the best for him. People may not like him now but I promise you, one day 20 years from now people will be proud from our generation that we had Floyd, and we will be telling our kids how much greater he was than the present day p4p.
Didn't Manny buy his sparring partner a house or some ****? These dudes have outrageous amounts of money and can be philanthropic without putting a ****ing dent in their bank accounts. Interest from 1 month will cover this ****. Nice of Floyd to do it, no doubt, but it's not like he's sacrificed a thing here.
Hopkins did do a lot for a young man suffering cancer not too long ago: http://sports.yahoo.com/box/news?slug=ki-negler110208 Sadly he passed away.
Oh thats kinda cool. Thats definitely a step up from HBO not even sending a card to the Gatti funneral.
