The key word is WADA accredited.. I'd be surprized if there wasn't at least one legit suitable lab in Manila for tests....whether accredited or not.

 

Anyone who knows International Business strategy knows most manufacturing has moved to China,India,Philipines and Vietnam.There was no malice intented in that statement.The Philipines is the greatest export of human capital and most of the exports are in the medical services and that shows there might be competitive advantages in locating medical services there.Other Pharmaceuticals are done in India but PEDs could well be Philipines

 

Floyd got destroyed in that interview. The dude got a lot of promotion out of making Floyd stutter and Floyd wasn't even aware. Lol.

 

How much more business did he get after that?Do you think too many people will be willing to do interviews with him in the future?

The Philippine has athlete that compete internationally. The very fact that WADA couldn't find a credible one for the entire country shows just how poorly their facilities are. If he did anything it sure as hell wouldn't be from a lab in Manila.

If the Philippine had the best "PED" we'd see better performance out of their athlete. There would be guys lined up around the facility. What do they have to lose? Poverty or more money then they can dream of. But we don't see this cause the best PED are American grown.

Yeah, a third world country with barely any world level sports figures or teams produces better PEDs than rich countries that have looked into cloning, stem cell research, genetic modification of food and people, etc.

Philippines does not have many world class athletes to begin with. Why invest on very expensive equipments when you only test less tahn 20 athletes.

On the other hand, we do have modern medical equipments.
