    Man please. Anyone who has traveled knows that you can get ANYTHING in South East Asia. That is not a knock on the Philippines. That is just how it is. I am sure that if you are rich enough, it is simple for a fighter to get great PED's in Mexico also.

    People have this ignorant assumption that poor countries are full of ONLY poor people. That is crap. What is different is the wealth gap and the ability to change your life situation. There are some really rich people in those countries and when they are rich they make rich Americans look like peasants.

    Why? If I understand properly, not all performance enhancing drugs are illegal, so even if Floyd is wrong (and he is), there is no ground for suing him.

    Poorer countries mass produce steroids places like Philipines, thailand and mexico , I believe in Mexico you can buy most bodybuilding steroids over the counter

    When I first read the quote, I searched google and it appears that individuals who use steroids views the Philippines as some sort of safe haven. Steroids should be easily attainable there, so it appears there's some truth to it...
