    If USADA does testing, they might toss out samples, forget to test, or even flat out lie about having drawn blood.

    Pascal works w/ Roidquez's supplier, Memo.

    Pascal demanded Kovalev do extra drug testing and even offered to pay for it.

    Kovalev agreed to this request and demanded VADA do the testing.

    Pascal, who works w/ Roidquez's supplier, Memo, refused to pay for VADA testing after talking smack about paying for additional tetsing.

    They are not fools. Memo is deathly afraid of VADA's zero tolerance.

    PSA, VADA is run by the godfather of US ANTI, that's ANTI as in against DOPING.

    Floyd is ducking VADA now? :patsch Did Pac really demand VADA testing or is that what you conjured up in your head because both decided on USADA? All I've seen was a blurb saying USADA was chosen over VADA. Pac has never tested VADA in the USA. When he had a chance to test with Bradley, Pac quacked.
