Floyd OBVIOUSLY wanted only USADA.

Floyd went w/ USADA, an organization that has REPEATEDLY acted shady and messed up drug testing.

VADA lists Pac as having completed 2 programs of testing. And Margaret Goodman personally verified that Pac was tested in China. I'm gonna take HER word over some scrawny ass nerd in IT.
