That's because Cotto agreed and signed the contract.

If Pacquiao is comfortable at 145 catch weight and Floyd is not, he's not going to agree and sign the damn contract.

Well, Schaefer was suppose to present their case for blood testing to the commission for everyone, not just Pacquiao, but everyone. If they are so concerned about the policy why not present their case and change the damn policy?

Schaefer is an Anti-doping advocate for god's sakes.

I've lost all respect for him. No I don't hate the man, but we could have had the biggest figth in boxing right now. Now we aren't because of his excuses. "I am afraid of needles" Get the **** outta here! That's a red flag in my book.

What part of fighting between 140-147 is in the rule confuses you? The weight clause has been a part of boxing.

They have no problem with the drug testing if it was ordered by NVAC. What you fail to understand is if its from the governing body. This is one camp trying to enforce a new rule and regulation.

They. Team Pac, did the right thing. Let the NVAC decide. They govern the rule of boxing in that state when it comes to fair play. Whatever they say they'll agree too. That is as fair as it gets.

Has Mayweather dropped USADA? They said they did, but, they rejected all of the other testing houses that Top Rank suggested. And as of today, Ellerbe has said the NSAC is unsatisfactory. So, who else but USADA will Mayweather agree to?

Personally, I think Mayweather believes pac is on something. But, I also believe he doesn't want this fight. Not right now, anyway. I think he'd rather take the fight in the fall. Hell, pac probably wouldn't mind that either.

Hgh and EPO's can be detected in ****, but only for a very short time, and they both mimic whats already in the system, it would just show as those levels being abit higher and you wouldnt be able to tell if its a PED.

Even in Blood the levels only show as higher but you cant tell that its not natural, and its takes longer for the level to drop back to normal in the blood.

These thing are very hard to catch in someones system, which is why Random testing is important. It makes it hard for a user to use if they are worried about having a test tomorrow.

Random: proceeding, made, or occurring without definite aim, reason, or pattern: the random selection of numbers.

It appears that Pac and Arum have a hard understanding of the meaning of the word Random.

No, the NSAC meets on the 13th of Jan. and there they would discuss blood testing. Obviously, that timeframe doesn't work.

However, Team mayweather has also declined use of the other testing house that Top Rank suggested earlier.

Personally, if I'm pac, I'm pissed as hell about the allegations and even more pissed that they're asking me to adhere to testing that no other pro fighter has to adhere to. I'd tell them to go **** themselves, honestly.

There is a part of me that wishes Pac would just take the tests, just to shut the clueless mother****ers up. But, I can'y blame him, for I would do the same thing.

HGH leaves the system in a matter of hours. 6 if I remember correctly. EPO is a natural hormone in everyone. So, they don't actually test for EPO, they test for blood cell density. To my knowledge, blood doping is most effective during competition, so a blood test taken after the fight would be sufficient.

Well its actaully 141, but what part of limit 147 dont you get??? Meaning a fighter can weigh up to 147. Cotto was strongarmed into taking the fight at 145, but his promoter and the WBO. I voiced my problems with that at the time, and Im no cotto fan.

NSAC is out of touch, doing it for along time doesnt make it right. this is driven by money. If the NSAC came out and said today that they would now make all fighters take Random tests do you think that Pac would take the fight, or would he then want the fight moved to say New Jersey. My guess is the latter. Which would cause them to lose money for Vegas and the state. No one wants that under their watch is a State Employee.
