No. Schaefer said something earlier today along the lines of "we're cool with scaled-back testing." Now, he's spun 180 degrees on that, it looks like. That tells me the Mayweathers want to go with the "we must have Olympic testing" stuff and I think they may be ready to walk away from the fight over it. If they do, to me, that means they don't want to fight Pacquiao.

Unbelievable. I'm sure more twists and turns are yet to come. Maybe this is all just another bluff.

he called out shane too, but shane had a toothache, margo is and always has been a chump, pac is ducking him, cotto/pbf never had a chance (arum arum arum [margo is an arum boy too]), but ptp would be cool to see, if he could pick a damn weight and stay at it for more than 1 fight

If Pacquiao vs Paulie gets made i will bashed on Manny so badly. There are way more better fighters that are better then feather fisted under 10 ko Paulie.

It appears the Floyd Mayweather Camp is open to a compromise on their demand of random blood testing. “As long as there’s a blood test, as long as there’s a urine test and as long as it’s random, a cutoff date is agreeable to us,” Mayweather’s representative Richard Schaefer of Golden Boy Promotions told the LA Times Saturday. Meanwhile, Pacquiao wrote on his blog “I am still willing to Fight Floyd Mayweather Jr. I never said the fight was off or I do not want to fight him. I will fight anyone at anytime and my record and past fights prove that. I have never and will never dodge anyone. These are my specifications for this fight regarding blood testing. I have offered to give a blood sample the day of the announcement of the fight at the press [conference]. I have offered to give a blood sample 30 days before the fight. I am willing to give blood immediately after the fight is over inside my dressing room . I am also willing to give urine tests at anytime any where everyday leading up to the fight. The truth is taking blood out of my body does not seem natural to me and mentally I feel it will weaken me if blood is taken from me just days before the fight. That does not make sense to me why anyone would do that.”

It's really looking like this is the case. Man oh man, who would have thought that Floyd might chicken out of this one? Pac's the only reason PBF came out of retirement.

Maybe he will in the fall. My guess is, Floyd wants another money fight before he gets in the ring with someone who actually has the skills to beat him. I think we'll see this fight in Oct.

One thing is clear tho that Pacquiao wants to fight on March 13, 2009. It's only about 10 weeks (or 76 days) from now. So if Floyd is not ready for March 13 then why not Paulie. Paulie has similar style with Floyd tho it's not really that close in similarity. One good thing about Paulie is he always comes to fight even if he lacks firepower.

^ Paulie has little to no chance at winning.

Yeah, hopefully, we'll get someone other than Paulie. That fight does nothing for me.

Since when is it required for ALL fighters to pay 10 MILLION for every pound he comes in over.

Arum and Pac never thought that Floyd would agree to that and he did. Now they are just looking for another way out.

Before Arum said random testing is fine as long as there is a cutoff date. Mayweather said ok. Now they completely went back on that..

Pac doesn't want this fight.. he knows he can't win..
