Bottom line it is the commissions duty to do the testing. That is what takes this out of the contractual matter range. Even if Pac agreed to the tests, the commission would not be bound to honor that clause since it over rides their authority. I think anyhow....

Hehehe. It seems clear Floyd is a cherry picker. Not his entire career, but has been for a while. He never asked for any tests for any of his opponents, why? Because they were cherry picked, they weren't impressive to him in the least so why bother? Now he thinks he could actually lose and he demands the test. If Manny doesn't take it, good, he gets out of the fight and he "damages" Manny's reputation (in the idiot's eyes), if Manny accepts then he might get caught and no fight, and if he accepts and he's clean... then... **** I gotta fight him, NO WAY OUT. Hehehe.

What is interesting in one report...is that team pacquiao and manny asked for malignaggi...then arum reached out to lou dibella.....So I do think to some degree manny is pissed off about Paulie and his accusations.....but I have always said mayweather-pacquiao will get done for sept.-oct. and both will take a tune-up....malignaggi is a good tune-up for a possible mayweather fight...this is what I think bob arum is thinking....and if promoted correctly could do well at the box office.....

Everybody thought marquez-mayweather would bomb....and it did great.....everybody said it would be hard for pacquiao-cotto to hit 1 mil buys...and it did.....and cotto is not known very well outside of boxing fans.....I think Malignaggi-Pacquiao could do 800,000 ppv buys...and stack the undercard on this fight....just like they did mayweather-marquez to help the sales...
