Negotiating is what Arum does and he does it well. He already knows if this fight will or will not happen. He has his own deadline on this fight and the date isn't that far out. He can't let it go too much longer. We hear what they want us to hear in press releases. We have NO idea what they are saying to each other. "Can you believe the hype we are creating? Negotiations for Pac. vs. Pauli is similar to Pac vs. PBF. Both accused/insulted Pac. with strong allegations of using illegal performance enhancers, the only difference is Pauli is not demanding additional testing, so the fight can easily be made. It's good proof that the fight between Floyd and Manny would be made if Floyd accepts the same drug testing methods that Pauli is submitting too, nothing more and nothing less.
