Is that all you got left jock boy? , where's the "superior boxing knowledge" now?.. :rofl

If you can't even recognise Floyd as the number one boxer right now then you were bound to fail from the start.. :hi:

Carlos Baldomir in a solid journeyman who caught the erratic and inconsistent Zab Judah in a very bad night, nobody who knows anything about boxing really thinks he was even in the top 5 at the weight at time Mayweather fought him. Nobody. No matter how much you want to dress up that win.

That's why he will KTFO Hatton on the way to facing a Williams/Cotto...tough fights we can all agree on but I believe this will be the route!

Exactly. He fought the WBC *insert weightclass* undisputed champion 5 times. Who was he supposed to fight? Not like he's Calzaghe and has stayed in the same sorry ass division fighting sorry ass fighters for the last 10 years.

Gatti - fought Branco for vacant WBC 140 title when Tszyu was stripped for inactivity

Judah - had just lost his undisputed status to a longshot underdog in Baldomir, but was given his IBF trinket back because Baldomir didn't pay his sanctioning fees

Baldomir - became undisputed WW champ purely by fluking a win over the mentally unstable and ill-disciplined Zab Judah. Trace the path back along the undisputed WW champ title, and you'll see the joke it was.

De La Hoya - became WBC 154lb champ by beating Mayorga, who had previously won the vacant title by beating Piccirillo. DLH hadn't fought for nearly 2 years when he fought Mayorga, and another year when he fought Floyd. Both DLH and Floyd fought for the $$$, yet you nuthuggers continue to count the paper title DLH held as legit, and as being in a 5th weight class

I have a lot of respect for what Floyd did at 130 and 135, but zero respect for his achievements higher than that because he has been seeking the path of least resistance/most $$$ ever since he moved up to 140.

Trace the lineage back and you'll see it wasn't that lofty a title.

I'll ask you again - what has Floyd done to back up your claim that he is P4P #1?

See if you can answer without citing other people's opinions this time :hey

So you talk about Oscar being "out for nearly two years" so what about the weight advantage he had?, he had everything in his favor and still got beat, and if you wanna mention Oscar being inactive then you have to say the same about Ricky's fight with Kostya!!, he was out for longer and only had one fight (which lasted 3 rounds) before he went to Rickys backyard.

But your okay for your Boy Hatton to claim P4P #1 if he so happens to beat Floyd!...and anyway if your so sceptical about the title (P4P) why even mention it in a question (as if you now believe it is something worthy).
