just rumours/gossip ****. Is this a WWE board?

In general it has to be said that betting large sums is no good idea, regardless if the rumour is true or not

If he's dropping cool millions on college basketball, he's out of his god damned mind.

Don't ever bet more than 5% of your BR on a single line.

Who cares? Floyd loves to gamble and that also means he loses a lot. Anybody who thinks Floyd always wins in gambling is a dumb mother****er. He loses more than he wins, just like any other gambler.

No one wins in gambling in the long run. Theory supports this. reality supports this. If you gamble for fun and not addicted to it then it's ok, even if it's big money. But not as big as 1 million. :nono

That's why I rarely gamble. I get pissed if I lose 20 dollars at the machines.

I've lost thousands (4 digit range) I've pretty much quit since then. My problem was leaving when I was up. I once turned 50 bucks into 1,300...and kept going...and lost it all. Awful luck on that one. Will never forget it. Also, I always make picks on football and boxing. I pick right often when I don't bet...but when money is on the line I seem to do bad. **** that ****. I haven't bet on anything since September.

Last week my uncle withdrew close to 10k, lost it all and won 4k. I was pissed off even though it wasn't my money but damn 10k can feed a whole poor village in the Philippines and then some.

I am done with gambling for the most part. Maybe I will take it up seriously again when I am older. Go figure too, I picked the Giants in each game in the playoffs. Had I just bet each game, taking the points only since they got points in 3 of the 4 games, I could have made like $2,000 back. Had I bet on money lines with the type of cheddar I'd lay...omg, I would have made around $4,000. Mainly cause they were HUGE dogs against the Packers. Go figure.

I hate it. Wanna know one bet that kills me to this day? Cotto vs. Foreman. Had I not listened to the BS that people said about Cotto being done and Foreman being the real deal. Oh my lord. Cotto was under 2:1 at the time of the fight. Free money...and all I had to do was click a button to make my bet.
