    great post as always reg:good

I see it like this, floyd has at most three legacy superfights left. he had 4 but mosley just lost so it's really down to three mega events.

the first was against hoya, people screamed for this fight and after hoya made floyd wait close to 5 years the fight finally happened. floyd +30 million

the second legacy superfight is against ricky hatton. this is another fight the fans wanted for over 2 years. floyd was to fight kosta in 05 but hatton ruined thos plans so the next logical fight was hatton. hatton declined but now he has no choice. floyd +35 million

the Third legacy fight for floyd is obviously miguel cotto. the fans will now demand this fight since cotto beat shane. floyd +40 million

after the cotto fight floyd has nothing else to prove and may fight one more time to unify 147.

so 2 more fights at 147 and its adidos amigos:hi: the williams/cintron winner will be in a good position to negotiate for floyd's final fight. and I think if floyd gets by hatton and cotto the interest for the williams/cintron winner will be even greater.

defeating the top three young guns of this era would be an amazing feat and I would rank him as the greatest fighter that ever lived ahead of robinson and armstrong.

    Well, that's what I said...Cotto and Williams-Cintron winner.

I was kidding about Pacman. That's what I put the :yep
But I really wouldn't complain if Mayweather schooled Pacman after taking care of Hatton and Cotto. :think

This is what I think will happen:

Mayweather will beat Hatton, then will fight Cotto, then retire. Those two wins will be GREAT.

yup, if Mayweather doesnt do something crazy like fight at middleweight, then his last remaining meaningful fights would be hatton then cotto. THat would be 3 great wins to end a career (if he wins all 3)

there is no fight at middleweight really . even 154 doesn't have any decent superfighters. cotto and hatton are the only 2 left.

but I think hoya will try and fight cotto next since he knows that if floyd fights cotto next after hatton and wins he will be remembered as one of the greatest of all time.

So who on here do you care about what they think? Because if you don't care what anyone thinks.....why post at all? Just type your thoughts on Microsoft Word and read them to yourself :think

I don't think Hoya gives a **** about Floyd dude. He will fight Cotto next because Cotto has become a huge star and it will give him a chance to beat the man that beat the man that beat him :deal

Heh precisely Watson, precisely. You used to annoy me but as time wears on I see some knowledge in you dying to get out. A diamond in the rough lol

And who said you couldn`t polish a turd?

    Hheheheh .

But like I said, I def agree with the post till the last sentence...there we agree to disagree. If he does all those things it would be incredible... however I dont think they will allow him to surpass SRR and Armstrong.

you're wrong as usual..floyd is the man in boxing right now so a fight with cotto next would do bigger numbers then hoya vs cotto. hoya is washed up and should fight at 154 or 160 instead of trying to fight cotto and pac small guys he has advantages over.
