Floyd does not duck fighters. He just doesn't like getting his ass handed to him at the negotiation table and he will not be owned at the negotiation table.

He'll fight again...give it time fellaz and he'll be back in the ring. He gonna take the rest of the year off and let the jail stay wind down. Once his jail stay is done, he'll be back up in the ring asking for Manny.

Hopefully Manny don't duck em again though.

I might regret saying this latter, but my first reaction to reading floyds interview is "floyd is a ***** now.". I am a hugh floyd fan and hope that he turns on the money persona, but if he is gonna retire than just do it. This whole 3 months of jail thing has changed me is boring. He reminds me of Manny in his last 24/7 with the heavy on the Jesus thing.

A couple days ago Floyd was up to everything...dishing out mega fight one after another. 50 told Floyd that he was working on getting the fight made between Floyd and PAC so Floyd suddenly lost his appetite in boxing. Let wish Floyd a speedy recovery.

i really don't know what's in floyd's mind right now too. 50 was working to make the fight. if he pulled that one, TMT's stock would have risen off the charts. 50 has no problem with pac's camp, even delaying on signing for a year-end fight to check if floyd is ok with a fight. arum mentioned that he can deal with 50. now the only stumbling block is if 50 can convince floyd to get it on. it doesn't even have to be this year. they can fight march or april next year.

Its irrefutable now. Floyd Mayweather is/and has been ducking Manny Pacquiao, therefore Pac is the greatest fighter of this era my Floyds admission of certain defeat. Thank you and good night.

He isn't using anything to duck Pacquiao. He lost more than 15 pounds of muscle in jail and needs time to put the weight back on properly. Pac fight can happen next year. Hopefully Manny beats Marquez convincingly (which I doubt) so this fight will be made.

Anyone saying Floyd is using it as an excuse is stupid. Pac is already busy with Marquez this year. Fight will happen in 2013 as long as Manny doesn't price himself out again nor deny drug tests that any athlete in this era of sports should take.

It is bitchy on Manny's part to only be eager to fight Floyd after he's outta jail and unmotivated but I have accepted that this fight may not happen. Still 50 is a business man and I would not be surprised if all three of them(Manny,5o,Floyd) are planning for the fight to happen next year and are laughing while cruising on a boat Miami Vice-style. We'll see if that's proven true or false, just wait for further details and keep your panties on girls.
