mosley is up their in age, no doubt but if nobody has been able decisively beat mosley since he lost to wink wright, a man who was just to big for him, then it tells you that even at 39, he still a threat to anybody. cotto barely beat mosley and then mosley destroys the first man to beat cotto. even pacquiao elected to fight cotto instead of him. so even at his age, he the most dangerous fighter at 147.

Yeah, he's probably right. I'm still backing Mosley by TKO...

I'll give him credit if he beats Mosley, but he has a point, I doubt the public will be so nice...especially since it's supposed to be Pacquiao in there.

I think what Floyd is leading up to is that he can't win with alot of fans...I dont think he expects to win with everyone cuz that just wont happen..but what he is saying is that no matter who he beats there will always be an excuse..if u think about though its true....looking back at the hatton fight alot of people said "if he knocks ricky i'll give him his props but if he just takes a ud than its bull****"...he knock out ricky but an undefeated ricky hatton is now shot at 43-0..If he beats Shane (who was considered a beast at 147 after knocking tony)than shane will be old..if he beat manny, than manny who is considered by his fans to be a top 5 atg, will be too small..if he stepped up and fought a bigger guy than the bigger guy would be too slow...no matter what he gonna get the hate and judging from the article i think he realized it....

Mayweather is hilarious with his "If I beat this guy there is always an excuse"
Who ever said Baldomir was his toughest challenge?
    Or arturo gatti?
    Zab Judah?
    JMM?

    I never heard it.

It's because people don't like him, and it's his own fault.

Just like they didn't like a young, showboating Ali. Just like they don't like end zone celebrating Ocho Cinco, and Terrell Owens. When ur a black man in America and you don't act how the majority believe that u should, then you get hated on.

its true if he wins he will still be criticized oh well too bad ..its just the way it is with floyd... pacman or roach whoever it was didnt wanna fight shane for a reason .. the man is still fkn dangerous.. these old men fighters have a tendency to really step up to the plate in fights like these and i dont expect anyhting less from shane than an awesome performance win or lose

Celebrating and showboating is not being an *******. We're talking about violent competitive sports like football, and boxing.

Its funny how when they have fights in the NHL and a guy gets his neck broke, there is no big deal. But when they have a scrap in the NBA, they start talking about the players being thugs and hand out long suspensions. I wonder which organization has the majority of black athletes.
