He paid for it in that one because he was forced to score his 4th weight division world title. If the WBC and WBA were also on the line like they were before he lost to Baldomir he made it clear that he WON'T pay for those two and only for the WBC and that was before Baldomir beat Judah when their date was set.

 

he doesn't want to pay the sanctioning fee not because he's loyal, if wbc charged him a bull**** fee for the biggest fight of his career he wouldn't pay for that either.

Floyd Mayweather IS loyal to the WBC. He has stated on many occasions that the WBC title is "the only one that matters". To a degree, he is correct. He did acquire the IBF title from Zab but, I don't believe he ever defended it. I may be wrong about that, I'ma check. Anyway, Floyd is LOYAL to the WBC.
