He didnt give a sh*t about Hatton laying there and neither went to the press conference nor the hospital afterwards. Some compassion there Floyd.
I agree with you but at the same time, there's also the flip side. Have you considered that if there was a fallout within the camp that maybe the Hattons & Mayweather snr are not too cordial with each other right about now. I'm not making excuses - as a a trainer you should see that your guy is alright & safe. No way would Freddy Roach not make sure Manny was ok is the roles were reversed!
Too bad Hatton probably already payed him cause if i was him i wouldnt give him a cent. in one of the 24/7 episodes when SR had to sit down cause of his disease Hatton walked up to him to see if he was ok,and that scumbag didnt even check to see if Hatton was ok when he was koed and it looked like he could be seriously hurt.
It was a big mistake for Hatton to dump graham. he ruined a relationship with a lifelong friend that actually trained for his style to go with this piece of crap
The relationship Hatton had with Graham is very similar to the relationship Pac has with Roach, ie the trainers love the fighters as if they were their sons. No way would Graham have gone and done his own thing if he was still Hatton's trainer whilst Ricky was in that state.
Floys and Roger are low class people who if they werent in the boxing business would probably be junkies or whinos
floyd sr is a *****....simple as! Maybe Hatton family told him to stay clear of the hospital because of the falling out....but that falling out would of been because he was a *****
Maybe he was just pissed off Hatton completely disregared all his instructions. Also Floyd Snr was in the ring with Hatton when he got up on his feet, but if you guys are looking for someone to hate and blame by all means go for it.
Floyd was in the ring with Ricky after he was cleared by the doctor and was being walked back to the dressing room, he is not close to Ricky, so there would be no reason for him to go to the hospital with him for the MRI and other checkups, because that isn't his job and he knows his contract is probably terminated.
it must of been some hell of a fallout for a trainer to walk away while his fighter lay on the canvas unconcious. There is no acceptable excuse anyone can say or offer. Floyds superiority complex is consuming him to the point that he can do such a thing as this? I cant think of a more pathetic act of betrayal by an egomaniac whilst at ringside.
