    I agree.

Also the reason why I think all parties included and fans are sending off the wrong message. While it appears to some that one is a cheater for not taking the test randomly and the other is ducking for demanding it, the problem in fact lies in the Commission's negligence to rectify weak policies.

Raise the issue of policies and this whole debate regains focus.

In the entire history of the Olympics and other regional sporting events, no Filipino has ever tested positive for Steroids. From a statistical perspective on this regard, Filipino athletes have better track record than their U.S. counterparts.

I have this question a few times and no one seems to to be able to give a definitive answer on what the difference would be if the blood was drawn 5 minutes before the fight as oppose to 5 minutes after the fight.

I'm no expert but I can't imagine anything substance that can be sweated out.... If someone knows an can provide a link to a real article with scientific confirmation... please post here.

The cutoff point is the issue but it seems that team Pacquiao wont budge on 30 days which is ridiculous

There absolutely is NO DIFFERENCE. You're not going to sweat out any substances that you've used that would've helped you during the fight.

During the training camp, the 30 day window that's being disputed has even been said to be too small a window to utilize HGH or any PED's to have any advantage. From what I've read, they must be taken in conjunction with several other substances and followed to a "T" to have any real effect.

If I remember correctly, Roy Jones, one of my favorite boxers of all time... got caught with the post-fight test.

Mayweather is subject to the same exact testing. So even if he is looking to change the rules of testing or go for a higher from of testing he is still allowing himself to be put through it.

Pacman is really going to throw away around 40 million because he is scared of being weakend?? Vs Mayweather none the less, one of the more cautious defensive fighters. In a fight that Pacman is supposed to lose anyway.

    Thats crazy!

This seems to be Pac fans best excuse. It has to start somewhere and why does that make floyd afraid?

He is not the 1 afraid.....very afraid of the testing.

Yes. And your point of policies is where this should have began. Too much mudslinging with not much to show afterward.

anyone who ignores this fact ultimately has an agenda. identify them and then ignore their opinion as biased and dishonest. dont underestimate the number of people who dont give a damn about the truth and just want to take a swipe at their heros threat.

I agree and I for one am really getting sick of it. The agenda is to discredit Pac and everything he has achieved. Tell me how this benefits Mayweather by tearing part possibly the biggest challenge of his career and defining moment in his legacy? If he isn't going to fight any other legitimate welterweight then tell me how his legacy benefits from this(much less his bank account)

I don't understand how some Floyd fanboys refer to let Floyd's biggest challenges get torn down outside of the ring rather than Floyd doing so where it counts: in the ring.

So, for "genuine concern for the sport", you as filipino have to get tested by an AMERICAN instituion when fighting an AMERICAN boxer, an institution that managed to FAIL all its tests on AMERICAN track & field athlets for lots and lots of years who are now KNOWN to have been filled up with dope from toes to the hairtips ?

Nice try. Try a new angle, maybe it becomes believable some day ?

I have something for the unfounded speculation groupies. Until proven otherwise, this may just be a plot using a biased, controlled, dependant american institution using bribed lab employees to have a clean, annoyed, weakened Manny Pacquiao fight a Mayweather doped with everything in the book because he will never get tested "by chance", while getting strictly tested all the time himself, and having the same biased institution as a backup if Manny still wins, to come up with a false positive after the fight to have Manny get disqualified afterwards. Who knows ? After all the bitchtalk about "maybe", this scenario is exactly as valid as any other.
