Why all the fuss about HGH.

HGH is not the kind of PEDS that give boxers any benefit!!!!!!!

HGH doesn't improve sports performance: study

Australian scientists have found that taking supplements of human growth hormones (HGH) does not improve sports performance.
Scientists at Sydney's Garvan Institute gave 100 weekend athletes supplements of either HGH, testosterone or a placebo.
Anne Nelson, from the Garvan Institute, says they have developed a sophisticated new test which can detect HGH and testosterone in athletes weeks after they have taken the substances.
Dr Nelson says taking both supplements made a difference to performance, but HGH on its own had no effect.
"People should think twice about using human growth hormone, because in our study, using high but safe doses,

Look, I am not a big fan of either fighter. I think they are both good, but who wins if they meet is none of my concern - as long as the fight is good.

From such a none-fan point of view, it seems that Pac could just agree to a test - any test! Why not?

I see ZERO valid reason for not wanting to take the test. If Mayweather really did not want the fight he could have made other demand that were not going to be met - but this demand is one that every single fighter in the Super Six for example have said they have no problems with and would even endorese!

If I had to pick who was most obnoxious of the two - I would have to go with Floyd, but in this question I think he is right.

Your not looking at this right. There was a guy who is an expert on drug testing that explained why your wrong to the broken English Posse on ESB a couple of months ago. He and Manny Pacquiao are the only valid authorities on the topic of PED testing. If you only had more faith in Pac and less education, this thread would make more sense to you.

It's Floyd senior who needs the education.

Leaving aside for the moment that he has never offered any evidence that Pac is juiced, when an athlete stops taking steroids, the benefits quickly disappear.

Ben Johnson blew Carl Lewis away in the 100 m in Seoul.

    He was juiced.

When he went off the juice and tried it clean, he wasn't even world class anymore.

Then he went back on it again and won a 50 m race in almost record time.

He was eventually caught again and banned for life .

    More crackhead wisdom.

    Floyd's still running scared.

Which ever side told the media about the blood testing is the side that's ducking. Unless someone tests positive, there's no reason for the public to know about the blood test. The priority for the fight should have been to get the contract signed. Whoever told the media about the testing WITHOUT the contract being signed is DUCKING his opponent.
