He needs to, so he can keep Canelo of him.

Floyd has thrown up to 70+ punches in a few rounds before.

I suppose the idea is to keep Gasnelo on the defensive by overwhelming him with volume. Both Floyd and Gasnelo are used to a lower pace, but the difference is Floyd can handle a fast high pace.

When Gasnelo inevitably gases, Floyd's will really capitalize on that ass with the higher volume.

I agree later on in the fight when Gasnelo gasses He will up his punch output. He will start to tee off on Canelo hitting him with lazer like straight right hands and pull counter and be gone him to death.

haha it will look like the oscar fight except canelo is gonna get nailed from the opening bell and barely win a round.
I don't care for Floyd but I gotta admit, unless he severely ages by then, he's going to dominate canelo.

Alvarez has defense for the jab up top. He's open for all the other straight shots though head or body.

Floyd can target that body early with jabs and rights to accelerate Alvarez inevitable gassing. Once Alv is second guessing about the straight shots downstairs Floyd's jab will land even easier.

Common guys I'm a Floyd but who actually believes this? Just like he was suppose to go toe to toe with Guerrero.

Floyd will be Floyd and nothing wrong with the sweet science

I agree PBF's jab to the body will be key as it helps disrupts rhythm and keeps people off balanced.

Here's a little information in case you didn't know. Guys don't throw combos against PBF and if they happen to do they don't land **** 90% of the time.
