Mayweather Sr. is predicting that his son, Floyd Mayweather Jr., will dominate and stop Manny Pacquiao so badly that nobody in their right mind is going to pay money to watch it again. The WBO/WBA/WBC welterweight unification takes place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Mayweather Sr. is not going to predict the round but he's pretty confident the contest will end with a knockout in his son's favor. "Im gonna be honest with you, Im thinking Floyd is going to stop him. Well, I cant tell you what round, I cant tell you what round because in all the rounds he can get stopped in any one of them. I dont know what round the fight could end, but hey. . .I could give you a round, I think. But Im gonna tell you, in between 1 to 12 hell be down and out," Mayweather Sr. told Boxing Insider. The fight is expected to generate between $300 to 400 million in revenue. Even with that massive sum of money, Mayweather Sr. doubts anyone will demand a rematch of what he predicts will be a one-sided contest.

If Floyd KO's Manny people will cry "PEDs" not taking into account that Floyd hurt guys bigger than Pac, and Pac is his smallest opponent since Hatton. A KO is possible but it won't be a one punch KO.
floyd can KO Manny if Manny fights recklessly, of course. Floyd sr and his son have been talking a lot about the mistakes Manny makes. They think Manny will fight Floyd like he fought JMM, i think they will be surprised by Manny's tactics, he will be smart.
