    Any evidence that fighters from the golden era were in superior condition?

    Athletes in almost every sport have improved speed, endurance, power, strength etc over the past few decades.

    Why would boxing be any different?

    I like the idea of hand weights. Use them with shadow Boxing to implement the motion of fatigue.

    I have never seen Floyd get tired in the ring.

    His conditioning is amazing. I don't think he could improve with any other methods

    Alot of that comes from how relaxed he is.

    I re-watched the DLH fight the other day, when Oscar has him against the ropes and it throwing the kitchen sink, Mayweather is smiling and focusing on his breathing, just an unreal element of calm.

    My favorite as a youngster. My first favorite boxer.

    I've always remembered his three minutes on, one minute off routine, but never tried it.

    Rarely seen a fighter that relaxed.

    James Toney, old George Foreman, but not many others have also been very relaxed in the ring.
