I hope not. Floyd just likes the spotlight, and his trainer is mediocre at that high level. The only reason he gets notice is because he is Floyd Jrs. father. He makes the promotions about him and not about being a professional trainer. So why bring that atmosphere into a fighters camp? I hope Floyd just gets a good quiet trainer and gets to business and works hard. Floyd is good and quick and I think he would do better with someone else rather than his father. His father will just distract him. The last fight with Pacman and Hatton was over-run by Roach and Mayweather Sr. Both of those guys are letting things get to their heads. It is about the fighters and not about them. Pac and Hatton or any of those guys would do well with any top trainer at this point. Roach is starting to sound like he is the one who beat Delahoya and Hatton and not Manny.

Surely Snr and Jr can work well together.....

I know they both seem immature and stupid in front of the camera but seriously how ******ed can they be???

after all they are father and son surely those to still love each other and only want the best for each other and can pull themselves into gear and work when they have to....

I talked to Jeff Mayweather on Monday night and he said Roger should be in his corner. I thought to myself if Roger was unable to be in his corner and him and his dad cant coexist he should hire Jeff. Jeff is a combination of both somewhat he works well in the gym and he can give Floyd Jr. the same advice his dad would give him. He just doesnt talk **** and cuss like Roger and Floyd Sr.

I'm sure Roger will still be out on bail by the time fight comes around, so it's a non-issue.

Floyd Sr. needs to step in or risk Leonard Ellerbe being there.

Ellerbe won't be giving much advice he's more likely to be rubbing sweat and rubbing his dick at the same time.
