He didn't say anything about a second round negotiations. What's the point in negotitating when someone has already made clear for whatever reason they don't want to be randomly tested for steroids.

Replace "Floyd", "crackhead" and "*****s" with "Uncle Bob", "Crook" and "*******s", and that statement is equally true. :yep

This really is amazing journalism , forget the BBC world News , from now on I will get all the most up to date news from a family of toothless woman beating gear heads.

wow r u that gullible. Manny has said he has and will agree to full random testing. If Floyd really wanted the fight, wouldnt you think he'd make a phone call and start the negotiations? Why haven't we heard a peep from floyd? This is all bull****. What does manny have to do? He has already said a 100 times he'll agree to the testing. If one side doesn't even want to negotiate, what the **** is the point?

My guess is it's because Manny knows deep down he'll take an epic asswhipping.

Nice to see Floyd Sr continuing to enhance Pac's legacy.

"Here is a guy coming from 106 pounds fighting a guy six inches taller than him and breaking his eye socket...come on man. What you think? Something ain't right about that when no other mother****er in the history of the sport done that ****. He could've stopped Margarito"

Manny said he agreed to everything and then turns out he is lying and they been found lying twice in both negotiations. Also Floyd hasn't picked up the phone because he got a court date coming up soon.

I've said this multiple times, but if Bob Arum really cared about the fight, he'll wait til January 25 to announce the next fight after the trial.
