well if Manny never gets off the power pellets and decides not to take the test with no cutoff then yes Floyd will never fight Manny

Both Pac and Floyd were tested for roids by NSAC late last year during the first negotiation and both results came back negative. Pac was just done fighting Cotto at the time so if Pac was using peds, he would have been caught just like the past fighters who used and got caught using PEDS.

Floyd Mayweather Sr.'s accusations that Pac is using roids is baseless from the very beginning.

It could have happened instead of PBF vs SSM, but your boy just COULDN'T give blood inside 24 days, no way, no how, impossible...to the point I'll walk from the fight over it, but now that there arent negotiations happening he's willing to do whatever PBF wants...yeah that seems logical to me. Manny walked from the fight not PBF, Manny choose to fight Clottey instead of PBF, period.

Surely there has got to be some sort of proof available to ridicule these claims ?

Floyd Sr started this and keeps going on and on about it ........ it's time evidence was brought out or people from within the Boxing World or Pacquiao's camp put a stop to this once and for all!

Sr is dragging the name of the entire ****ing Sport through the gutter ....

    Somebody end this!

Yet you fail to acknowledge the blatant dishonesty demonstrated by Top Rank and Team Pac throughout the entire process as it relates to the drug testing issue. When has PBF lied? You said lied "again" to imply he's been caught lying multiple times, could you list those out so I can see what exactly you are referring too?

Probably not because the results came back 9 days after the talks were called off. Pac was also urine tested after his fight against Cotto. So Pac took two tests prior the first negotiation and both came back negative.

    Both camps are at fault.

Floyd is not the one negotiating for the fight but Ellerbe and Haymon. He did not lie about anything. Pac is also not the one doing the negotiation. It's his team.

You also cannot say it is all TR and Team Pac's fault that the fight didn't happen. I know you know what negotiation means and that does not mean completely agreeing to what the other side wanted.

I do remember ODLH, Schaeffer, Haymon and Ellerbe both agreed on something because ODLH somewhat gave a hint that the second negotiation was almost complete and both sides agreed on something then Arum stated that the negotiation was off because FLoyd didn't want the fight. Ellerbe then started saying there was no second negotiation that took place but Greenberg said there was one and he doesn't know why Floyd didn't want to fight.

Did you saw the las 24/7? Team Pacquiao stated they only agreed to random blood tests with a 7 day cut-off. That's not the terms Floyd was asking for.
