Didn't Floyd say not too long ago that the lawsuit was a roadblock? Now he wants to make the fght?

Isn't he negotiating a fight with Guerro or Canelo? It says on B scene that GBP and Floyd have a major announcement on Friday. Why's he calling out pac now?

Although I hope Pacquiao calls this bluff even tho it wont make a bit of difference in making this fight happen.
