Floyd isn't retired so I expect him to fight the so-called elite before his time is up. Only Pac and AM fans think that he won't.

    Asia No1 vs. America No1.

Floyd: "Unlike Pacquiao, John is perfect like me, never tasted defeat, also beat my last opponent, Juan Manuel Marquez. Now let those who beat Numero Uno decide who's the best undefeated fighter on the Planet!"

"Oh yeah, I'll never let a small man retire me!"

Floyd acts as if we hate him when we ask him to fight a specific fighter... how about, "we actually like him and want to see him in against quality opponents". Maybe instead of looking at fighting a guy like Cotto as suicide he can look at it like "man I can make a TON of money fighting this guy", isn't that after all what he wants to do?

Dapidran is the only fighter today who gets props for fighting bums and old men.
Pac at 140: Cotto I'll fight you, and make sure you put the title on the line...at 145
Pac answering Shane: No, I want Cotto. I'll make it 9 years before I fight you Shane.
Pac on JMM: JMM fights for money, he does not fight for pride!
Pac on Guzman and Bradley: I don't fight -----!

People have legitimate beef about Floyds resume. Hes handpicked his opponents his entire career. He has some legitimate wins but for a guy who considers himself the best WW in the world, his resume is pathetic at that weight. Baldomir, Judah, Hatton, Mtchell? LOL.

Floyd is a great fighter but its no secret if he fought the elite WW's, he probably lose his fair share of those fights.

HAHAHA, yea im sure Guzman and Campbell would have posed a great threat to Pacquiao.
And yes, Pacquiao is ducking Mosley for a guy who ALREADY BEAT MOSLEY and went tooth and nail with Ricardo Mayorga. Pacquiao is fighting Cotto because of business. Both fighters fight under Top Rank. More money for all. And Cotto weighed in a 146 against Clottey. Who even gives a crap about a title. Both are established fighters and they dont need titles to solidify their legacy.

Pacquiao was actually willing to fight JMM immediately after their first fight. JMM held out for more money and went to Indonesia and got his ass kicked for 1/10th of the price. Hes lucky, Pacquiao fought him again. I would love to see a 3rd fight though.

I think Mayweather is the best skill fighter out there at this moment and his resume speaks for himself below 140. But after him being in the welterweight division for a time now, no one could deny he hasnt faced the toughest opponents with exception of a skill fighter like Judah. I know money is great, but at the end of the night the fans and writers decide where you rank in boxing. Is time for him to stop talking about the past and who was ducking who, just face the opponents, beat them, and shut everyone up:good
