    What about Oscar. I thought Floyd only got 11 mil for the Ricky fight and 15 for the Oscar fight. Oscar got 25 mil for his Mayweather fight plus the PPV sales right??

    He's up there definately. Beckhams on something stupid like $50 million a year (for the next 5 years),plus all his image rights i think. Not bad for kicking a bag of wind about (when hes NOT injured!)

    DLH was second on Forbes list - which did not include Mayweather's Hatton purse and once he receives that, he would have grossed more than DLH I believe (in sports).

    Oscar is second. Oscar is the highest paid athlete as far as salary, but Tiger is the highest with his endorsement deals.

    What about a couple of different guys in Formula 1? Schumacher was #1 on the highest paid list for years, but Alonso has to be up there also now that Schumacher has retired.

    I think people are still referring to Oscar being second from that list ESPN made the week after May 5th. As of this weekend I guarantee Floyd made more this year than Oscar from just his fight purses.
