I believe Floyd Joy Mayweather and Emmauel Dipadran Pacquiao belong in the top 25 ATG for this alone: Only 2 fighters in history to have held the Lineal (Recognized #1 in the division) Title in 5 different weightclasses.

BS. Floyd fights who he wants, not the best out there in the divisions where he holds titles.

Lara, Trout, Bradley could all have been defences.

In fairness, he did score a comprehensive win over the man who emerged as the winner of the de facto round robin that occurred btx Trout, Lara and Alvarez.

Bradley would have been interesting, but if Floyd beats the man who holds a win (or two) over him, then that lessens any sting that omission could cause.

Really, the only division where Floyd hasn't faced a generally recognized #1 champion or contender has been Jr. Welterweight.

He barely beat a completely shot De la hoya so i have him Just behind de la hoya. Go ahead try to argue it. You cant.

what i dont understand is the fl/omo contradiction. They say Manny isnt any good, the catchweight king and hes an overatted midget bum. Yet they turn around and say if floyd beats manny hes top 5 atleast.

you didn't fix the list, you ruined it with your self hate bias.:deal

the fact remins floyd is 25-0 in title fights while duran is 16-6 never successfully defended a title after his 135 run:deal did not dominate 147, 154, or 160:deal

It's Ken Buchanan, not Ray Buchanan, and Duran won a title at Middleweight.

Again, if you see Fitz's legacy resting on a single punch...

    If you say so.

he won a title but didn't defend it not even once. if he was so good he would have been able to dominate more than one weight class outside of 135. he is 16-6 in title fights and defeated 4 Hofers and quit in the biggest fight of his life. don't mention duran in the same breath as floyd mayweather jr.:deal
