    He should be thinking about it. He has been in a boxing gym since he was a baby. If they can't make the Pac fight he should call it a day if he wants.

    A) He'll never get this kind of money ANYWHERE, and it's not like he is worth hundreds of millions and DOESN'T have any bad habits/bad people around him. His 100+ Mill would vanish within 3-5 years.

    B) He's been saying that since, what? 2006/7?

    He needs to realise that there is a TON of time left once the gloves come off. He needs to maximize his last few pay days and make them count, because nobody will be paying him millions no more when he calls it a day.

    Floyd could make more in a day doing a book signing at a shopping mall than most of us make in a yr.

    He's far from becoming a commoner.:lol::lol:

    Mayweather a "De La Hoya" trained soldier...
    (Oscar paved the way for all fighter's after him, as Leonard did before that)

    "Part-Time Fighter's"
    (Stevie Wonder's hit but obviously some words changed, inspired this post)

  6. Floyd stated that he took prolonged breaks from the sport to preserve his mind, body, and health. Presumably, this is so that he can fight well into his late 30s and keep the checks coming. Sounds like he definitely doesn't like taking punishment enough to stay in the sport.
