On a serious note, I found this hilarious, as an extra. Marquez was softened up by Chris John in 2006 when Pacquiao fought him in '08. And obviously, according to your PhD quality logic, he was softened up by Pacquiao in '08 when he fought Mayweather in '09. I can do this all day regarding ALL professional athletes, great or not.
