He was obviously kidding when he said that. LMFAO, there are way better fighters that deserve to be #2 back then then Manny Pacquiao.

 

Nonsense. You rarely see Mayweather attending boxing fights and he seemed to attend Pacquiao fights with joy and excitement. Pacquiao was known to be an explosive exciting fighter all his career so it's no surprise Mayweather had him as his #1. To see Mayweather change his opinion today is normal, they're not competitors possibly fighting each other so playing the "hated enemy" is what Mayweather will do against someone facing him. Mayweather also told Mosley at some point in Mosley's career, I believe it was after the DLH fight, that he wants to be like him one day. When both were set to fight Mayweather denied these claims to play the "bad guy".
