    It's simple.
The Pacman don't like needles, even for tens of millions of dollars.

You went thru all these length and in the end you look like a ****ing MORID. That's hybrid for Moron & Idiot. Where's the exposure? Pac's in the drivers seat just like Floyd so he has the option to say **** YOU. Of course Khan and Sergio and all of them would say Yeah I'll take the ****in test cause they're after the retirement money you dummy. Besides, did PAC ever said he doesn't wanna take the test? Go read the older news and come back.

Its also about leverage as well. Khan has none. Manny does. If Khan wants to get a big payday he has to do it as the b-side to Mayweather or Pacquiao. Pacquiao on the other hand can easily make 15 million fighting whomever he wants. He's in a much stronger position to say no then Amir.

All I'm saying is a fighter doesn't all of a sudden become a good fighter at the age of 25. Do you guys think that Floyd Mayweather could just move to heavyweight and all of a sudden compete with the Klitschko brothers? Absolutely not."
    ______

PBF is just being a hater in this sentence hands down. Pac just all of a sudden got better? Heavyweights?? Pac has fought at the highest 144. Its just about 5 pound difference Floyd. Like he didn't have a tiny ass JMM in the ring with him gtfo.

Khan is in no position to demand anything or negotiate. Of course he would take the test, eat **** and do anything else Mayweather wants him to do in order to make the fight. Pacquiao doesn't need Mayweather and doesn't need to give into any demands that are outside of policy already established by the governing body that oversees testing, especially when unwarranted.
